正確的閱譜及指法不僅是技術問題，更會直接影響音樂詮釋。事實上，學生有九成的錯誤源於閱譜錯誤或指法不當。教師如能充分認識這些問題的重要性，並掌握相應的處理方法，教學質素將大幅提升。透過採用本工作坊分享的教學方法及重點，教師可即時改善教學成效。

Topics: Score Reading | Fingering | Tempo Control
Correct "score reading and fingering" is not merely a technical matter; it significantly impacts musical interpretation. In fact, 90% of student errors stem from mistakes in reading the score or using awkward, inefficient fingering. If teachers recognize the importance of this issue and learn how to address it, the quality of their instruction will improve dramatically. By adopting the methods and focus areas shared in this workshop, teachers can achieve immediate improvements in their teaching.

吉爾伯特・德・格里夫教授（Professor Gilbert De Greeve，比利時）最初隨父親學習音樂，其後考入安特衛普皇家音樂學院深造，師從尤金・特雷（Eugene Traey）及揚・德卡特（Jan Decadt）等名師，主修鋼琴演奏及作曲。他曾赴美國進修一年，先後師隨魯道夫・塞爾金（Rudolf Serkin）及尤金・奧曼迪（Eugene Ormandy）等音樂大師。他的藝術足跡遍及全球，除演奏外，亦經常主持大師班及舉辦講座。 25歲時，他成為安特衛普皇家音樂學院歷史上最年輕的教授之一，並獲任命為同市國立音樂學院（State Music Academy）院長；該校由他於 1970 年創辦，並在他的領導下發展成擁有逾4,200 名學生的重要音樂教育機構。 他的作曲作品題材廣泛，包括聲樂套曲《室內樂藝術歌曲集》（收錄 36 首以詹姆斯・喬伊斯詩作譜寫的藝術歌曲），以及多首器樂、室內樂、管弦樂與合唱作品。他現任安特衛普國立音樂學院榮譽院長，以及安特衛普皇家音樂學院榮譽教授。1999年至2011年間，他出任國際柯達伊學會（International Kodály Society，IKS）主席，該學會總部設於匈牙利布達佩斯，是致力推動兒童、青少年及成人音樂教育的國際組織；現為該學會榮休主席。作為講者，他在國際音樂界享負盛名，備受各界邀請。
Professor Gilbert De Greeve (Belgium) received his first music lessons from his father. He then studied at the Royal Conservatory of Antwerp, notably with Eugene Traey and Jan Decadt. He majored in Performance (piano) and Composition. He went on for a year of further study in the USA, among others, with Rudolf Serkin and Eugene Ormandy. His artistic activities –performing, giving master classes and lecturing– are bringing him all over the globe. At the age of 25 he became one of the youngest Professors ever at the Royal Conservatory of Antwerp and Director of the State Music Academy of the same city, a school which he developed from its foundation in 1970 into a major institution with more than 4.200 students. Among his compositions, to name just a few, is the Lied Cycle Chamber Music (36 Lieder on poems by James Joyce) instrumental music, chamber music, orchestra and choral pieces. He is Honorary Director of the State Music Academy of Antwerp and Honorary Professor of the Royal Conservatory of Antwerp. From 1999 until 2011 he was President of the International Kodály Society (IKS), based in Budapest, Hungary, a world organization dealing with music education for children, youngsters and adults. He is now Past-President. He is a highly demanded lecturer on the international scene.
