A Parent Director Orientation is a complimentary 30-minute orientation (in-person or virtual) on the Suzuki Philosophy and Seed Music Academy's approach. Children do not need to be present for the meeting.

Trial Class credits are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Trial class cancellation and rescheduling requires 24 hours advance written notice. A trial package can only be rescheduled once. No-shows forfeit the class without refund.

A maximum of 1 makeup class for an 8-classes package; a maximum 2 makeup class for a 12-classes package.

For cancellation and rescheduling, a written notice must be provided 24 hours prior to the scheduled class.

For sickness cancellation, a written notice must be provided 3 hours prior to the class start.

No show will be considered a forfeited class without makeup class.

No private makeup classes will be provided. In cases where you need to miss a lesson, feel free to swap lesson time with a friend and administrator. A private makeup class may be provided for the following reasons: Family emergency, Typhoon 8 signal, Black rainstorm signal, Teacher's absence. Illness with a doctor's note will be put on cancellation list.

Please note that makeup sessions are not provided for missed group lessons.

Piano & Voice: Your account will be charged for 8 group events; however, you have the flexibility to attend up to 9 group / events throughout the term.

Violin & Cello: Your account will be charged for 14 group events; however, you have the flexibility to attend up to 18 group /events throughout the term.

A 24 hours written advance noticed is required for cancellation. 10 lessons package is valid for 12 weeks, 18 lessons package is valid for 5 months. No show is considered a forfeited lesson without makeup class arrangement.

*A separate fee of HKD $800 will be charged for rehearsal, accompanist fee and recital performance if you wish to perform.

Private Class: Typhoon 8 and Black rainstorm signal will be rescheduled.

Group Class: No group or summer camp makeup classes will be provided under any circumstances.

All class credits must be completed within the current term and are non-transferable to the following term.

If you have planned travel or school events, please inform our administration of your away dates before making your final payment. We will then adjust your lesson schedule accordingly. Please note that after the final payment has been processed, no makeup lessons will be offered for any subsequent additional travel plans.

All affected classes will be rescheduled or made up.

Late Arrival: If you arrive late for your scheduled lesson, you are entitled to the remaining time of that lesson.

No-Show: A no-show will be considered a forfeited class, and no makeup lesson will be provided.

No. Fees are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable after full payment.

A non-refundable processing fee of $300 is applicable for each submitted form. Processing typically requires a minimum of 7 working days.

We accept Cash, cheque, Pay Me, credit/debit card (Visa, Master card), We Chat Pay, Alipay, and FPS. American Express is not accepted.

Yellow, Red Rainstorm, Typhoon No. 1-3: Classes will run as scheduled.

Black Rainstorm, Typhoon No. 8-10: If Black Rainstorm or Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8-10 is cancelled before 12:00 noon, classes resume 2 hours after the signal is cancelled.

If Black Rainstorm or No. 8-10 is still in effect after 12:00 noon, all instrumental classes will be taught online. There will not be private or group lessons makeup arranged for weather forced closure.

Performing students receives free entry. Each registered students will receive 2 complimentary tickets. Children under 3 receives free, provided they do not occupy a seat and must be accompanied by an adult. Children over age 3 must purchase a ticket. Extra tickets are $200 per head.

12 months - 4 yrs Programmes: Open to all students who have paid the concert fee and completed a minimum of 8 lessons.
Instrumental Programmes: Performance is based on teachers' recommendation.
