Suzuki Presto Programme

age 2-3

Teachers and very young children handling percussion instruments.

Programme Description

Our Suzuki Presto (Presto means very fast) Programme offers a stimulating environment where nursery rhymes and songs inspire sensory and creative play. Led by a skilled teacher, your child will participate in singing, dancing, clapping, counting, taking turns, reading, exploring musical instruments, and listening to classical music.

The curriculum focuses on mastering fundamental concepts and developing essential skills, including:

  • Musical Skills: Singing in tune, matching notes, and understanding the notion of up and down the scale.
  • Social Skills: Gaining social skills through sharing, taking turns, accepting guidance, waiting, and anticipating.
  • Listening Skills: Listening carefully, following directions and instructions
  • Group Cooperation: exercising self-control, listening attentively, and collaborating with others in a group setting.
  • Cognitive Skills: Enhancing memory, sequencing, and pattern recognition skills.
  • Language Skills: Improving and promoting vocabulary via storytelling and songs.
  • Fine Motor Skills: Refining fine motor skills through instrumental playing and finger play.

Make Up Policy (Age 2-3)

Seed understand that young child's schedule can be packed with surprise. Therefore, to ensure your child's learning progress, once your desired class day is confirmed, a place at the specific time slot is reserved for your child until the course is completed. During the package validity period, you may choose to reschedule your class up to:

- 2 times for 12 classes package (credits valid for 4 months starting on the first lesson)

Reschedule Lessons. If you would be absent from your scheduled class, and wish to reschedule, please send us a reschedule request by email or whats app.

Event rescheduling. Written notice should be received at least 24 hours prior to the class for absence due to reasons other than sickness.

Sickness rescheduling. Written notice should be received at least 3 hours prior to the class for sickness.

No Show. Absence without prior notice will be considered as forfeiting the class. No refund and no makeup class will be arranged.

Teacher Absence. Makeup lesson will be arranged for teacher's absence and sickness.

Weather Policy. If Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is lifted before 12 noon, the centre will reopen and classes will resume approximately two hours afterwards. Classes are cancelled for the entire day if the warning is lifted after 12 noon. No makeup class, no refund or alternative compensation are available for weather enforced closure.
